A 6 lb dog is obviously a very small dog, so the dosage is going to have to be estimated as best as you can. This is okay because the ingredients in this formula are whole food and water soluble so any excesses are easily eliminated. So you really don't have to worry about giving to much (within reason of course). For your dog you will take one of the 1/8 tsp scoops provided with the supplement and fill it 1/4 (25%) of the way full. Add this amount to each meal. You don't have to get it exact and giving a little bit more or less will not hurt your dog. Enzyme supplements like this are activated when they come in contact with moisture so don't forget to mix this into the food well and add some water when using a dry food.
