Yes, you can use the Liver Tonic to support your dog's liver when using medications. Please keep in mind that the Liver Tonic can improve the functioning of your dog's liver so medications may be eliminated more quickly. For this reason medication dosages may need to be adjusted by your veterinarian. As you are already aware the medications you mentioned providing to your dog can negatively impact the liver and cause an increase in liver enzyme levels. A rise in liver enzyme levels indicates there is damage to liver tissue and the liver is increasing enzyme output in an attempt to cleanse and repair itself.
