The dosage of the systemic enzymes for your dog is dependant on your pet's weight and can be found under the Instructions tab on this product page. Providing the additional afternoon dosage is not necessary initially. See if you get the results you are looking for with the morning and evening suggested serving and the additional afternoon serving can be added in later if necessary. Enzymes are very safe and are water soluble so any excesses are easily eliminated by the body.
