There wouldn't be any reason not to use this supplement for a dog with bladder stones. There is no appreciable calcium in the Systemic Enzymes. Although, restricting calcium is not always a good idea as this will just make the body extract calcium from the bones and teeth and cause other issues for your dog. It is often better to add some magnesium (magnesium citrate is often recommended) to the diet to make sure the calcium is utilized by the body and does not accumulate.
