This is because it provides the widest range of digestive enzyme strains and probiotics species of any similar supplement for dogs and cats. Depending on the severity of your dog's condition and the amount of digestive support he needs, in a case similar to yours we often recommend doubling the suggested dosage (or even more in severe cases) by building up to this higher dosage over a few days as your animal adjusts to a new supplement. Another good idea is to mix the digestive enzymes along with some water into the food and wait 10 or 15 minutes to let the food predigest before giving it to your dog.
