Yes, many animals with kidney disease enjoy using our Daily Multi Plus! We definitely feel that this supplement would be a superior choice to the Missing Link. We don't like to disparage competing supplements, however the primary ingredients in the Missing Link being "ground Flaxseed, Cane Molasses, Rice Bran, Primary Dried Yeast, Sunflower Seed, Natural Flavoring", you can do a lot better with our USDA organic whole food nutrients. There is a small amount of phosphorus in this supplement from the glandulars, but they form only a portion of the ingredients in this formula so it isn't very much and is considered safe for those with kidney disease.
