You would provide your small dog with 1/16 tsp of the Pancreas Glandular daily. This is one-half of the small 1/8 tsp scoop you receive with your order. This is a whole food supplement, not a medication, so the serving does not have to be exact, just estimate as best as you can. Since pancreatitis is aggravated by a deficiency in digestion you should not only modify the diet so it is lower in fat, you should also provide supplements to assist the body with digestion.
