Bladder Stones can be prevented and dissolved by feeding an appropriate diet and using the proper supplements and herbal remedies. Our favorite antilithic (an herb that can prevent and dissolve urinary calculus) is hydrangea root. This herb and others that support the health of the urinary tract can be found in our Antilithic herbal formula. But, an herbal formula alone is often not enough, and other supplements and a healthy diet form our Bladder Stone Holistic Protocol that we recommend you read. Diet as we mentioned is extremely important and we often recommend a home-prepared diet for dogs with bladder stones, at least initially.
