There are many natural products that are recommended to be used to treat internal parasites in dogs and cats. These include diatomaceous earth, pumpkin seeds, garlic etc... As you know we are natural/holistic proponents, however in the case of worms and parasites we have not found natural remedies to be very effective or reliable. Instead, to get deworming over with quickly with less stress for the animal, we recommend Panacur C® as a safe and effective dewormer for dogs. Panacur® can be used for cats as well but is considered 'off label' which means for cats it would be a prescription drug used in a way not officially approved on the label.
