Yes, you can use both the Buck Mountain Bugleweed and our Hyperthyroid formula at the same time. However, I would try the Hyperthyroid Tonic alone first to see how it works. Hyperthyroidism in cats is a serious issue so I would try to get the herbal formula into your cat's three times daily if possible without upsetting your cats too much. Mixing the herbal remedy into a small amount of special treat food like goats milk yogurt used separately from their main meals can be helpful. Add in the Bugleweed later if your cats need more help to manage their hyperthyroidism. In addition to using supplements and herbal remedies to help your cats, pay attention to their diets. Many commercial pet foods and even pet supplements are using kelp in their formulas. Kelp is a very concentrated source of iodine and should be excluded from your cats' diets. Many recommend to avoid fish as well, or at least limit it in the diet.
