I think what you are asking is if it is necessary to stop using the Daily Multi Plus if you are going to detox your girls. The answer to this question is no! The Daily Multi Plus provides whole food nutrients with digestive enzymes and probiotics, so there is no reason this would have to be discontinued. When you do a detox you may wish to discontinue substances that place an additional burden on the liver, kidneys and digestive system. We recommend doing these things anyway such as avoiding household and lawn chemicals, flea and tick pesticides, excess vaccinations etc... For a good detox I would suggest our Detox Blend that contains a variety of organic herbs including milk thistle. This can be used twice yearly for two weeks to help detox the organs of elimination in the body.
