Yes, you can use both the Lion's Mane Mushroom and the Myelin Sheath Glandular at the same time. However, with the condition that you describe - spinal stenosis that is compression of the spinal cord and the nerves found there, I would consider using the Myelin Sheath instead of the Lion's Mane Mushroom. In addition, consider the Bovine Cartilage to provide type II cartilage to support the intervertebral disks and the Nerve Tonic to help support nerve health and minimize nerve pain. The Lion's Mane is fine if you wish to continue using it as well, I just think of it as more of a "brain food" and the other supplements that I mentioned I feel are better targeted for your dog's condition..
