Does this product work well for spay incontinence (older spayed female dogs can have a weaker urinary sphincter)?

Our 13 year old dog has been leaking urine in her sleep for a couple of years, and it recently became more of full bladder emptying rather than just little drips. Our vet told us that older spayed female dogs can have a weakened urinary sphincter, and when they are relaxed, as is the case when they sleep, they can leak. We recently started our dog on Proin for this issue since the leaking has recently become worse, but our dog tends to be sensitive to medications and has a tendency to develop side effects, so I'd like to find something more natural to treat her with. We already ruled out UTI with a urinalysis.

Yes, the Female Incontinence formula can be very helpful for female dogs with incontinence. It works well for the majority of dogs we work with.
