I am sorry to hear about your cat and I hope she is still okay. For this situation I would provide your cat with Biopreparation F3, 1/8 capsule every two hours for a total of 1 1/2 capsules for a smaller cat and up to two capsule for a larger cat. I assume your vet prescribed a diuretic? Is the fluid build up in the lungs (heart), or the thoracic cavity? If you need more help, since this is a serious condition I would suggest that you use the form on our Contact Us page for more personalized attention.
