For this situation I would provide your cat with Biopreparation F3, 1/8 capsule every two hours for a total of 1 1/2 capsules for a smaller cat and up to two capsule for a larger cat. I assume your vet prescribed a diuretic? Is the fluid build up in the lungs (heart), or the thoracic cavity?
