Your dog would probably be fine using the Daily Multi Plus right away. We suggest the Digestive Enzymes and Probiotics (which are in the Daily Multi Plus) alone at first just to be more cautious because many dogs with IBD can be more sensitive to new things in their diet. So, just start with the package as is, and then when you next order get the Daily Multi Plus instead of the Digestive Enzymes and Probiotics.
