Kidney Glandular is low fat and fine for your dog with pancreatitis using the suggested serving size. Kidney Glandular only has approximately 6.2 mg of fat in the maintenance serving (1/8 tsp) for a 20 lb dog. For an animal with pancreatitis our suggestion is to feed a healthy, whole food diet using moderate fat protein sources. Then, support the digestive system, primarily the pancreas, in its effort to properly digest fats. We offer recommended supplements to support healthy digestion in dogs and cats in our Pancreatitis Supplements Package.
