No, I don't think you should use the MetaClean Shampoo for your cat as it contains blood orange essential oil that has a naturally occurring chemical called d-limonene that is not safe for cats. Find a gentle, chemical-free shampoo without essential oils for your cat. Earthbath makes a Hypo Allergenic Fragrance Free Cat Shampoo and a Oatmeal and Aloe Cat Shampoo that can be found online that may be good choices. The shampoos that I mentioned do contain a preservative but they all will (except the shampoos we provide) and the other ingredients seemed fine.
