There are a number of issues that can cause the symptoms your dog is experiencing. The Nerve Tonic can support your dog's neuromuscular system which is how the body uses nerve impulses to stimulate muscle movement. If that is your dog's issue then yes the Nerve Tonic can help. Could some arthritis in her joints be an issue? If so, I recommend the Elk Velvet Antler to provide joint nutrients and help to reduce inflammation. However, diet can also be an issue and low protein in commercial pet foods can cause muscle loss as pets age. I would suggest a whole food diet that contains real food. You can prepare a diet yourself or purchase a premix to which you add your own meat. We provide some suggestions in our article How to Feed Your Dog. Then, there are issues with flea and tick pesticide products that contain neurotoxic pesticides that we feel damage the nervous system of dogs and cats as they age. If you use these products perhaps you should consider discontinuing them. Lastly, we have a Cushing's Disease Supplement Package that we have created to support a dog's endocrine system and this may be something you may like to consider as well.
