Are there any contraindications for the DM supplements for a dog with Addison's? Degenerative Myelopathy Supplements for Dogs Degenerative Myelopathy

Our 12 year old pup is showing signs of DM but also has Addison's. We just want to make sure there are no issues with him taking the DM supplements if he is being treated with Zycortal/Percorten (as available) and Prednisolone. Thank you!

Since licorice root contained in the Immune Balance formula can have mineralcorticoid activity similar to the medication Zycortal that you mentioned I would not use that particular herbal remedy. Instead, purchase the other three supplements individually: Daily Multi Plus, Myelin Sheath and Nerve Tonic. Ask for the DM Help Sheet in the "Notes" box at checkout.
