Homeopathic remedies are very specific to an individual and without knowing more about your specific dog it is hard to select one remedy. For your dog's dermatitis I would suggest the following protocol: Since commercial diets contain large amounts of starches that break down into sugars to feed yeast I suggest that you feed a properly prepared, whole food diet and we provide some guidance in our article How to Feed Your Dog. Consider the Daily Multi Plus to make sure your dogs are getting plenty of digestive enzymes and probiotics. Then consider the Systemic Enzyme supplement that will help to break down and dissolve the yeast. Apple cider vinegar can be helpful but it can also dry and irritate the skin if not diluted enough.
