Homeopathic remedies are very specific to an individual and without knowing more about your specific dog it is hard to select one remedy. For your dog's dermatitis I would suggest the following protocol: Since commercial diets contain large amounts of starches that break down into sugars to feed yeast I suggest that you feed a properly prepared, whole food diet and we provide some guidance in our article How to Feed Your Dog. Consider the Daily Multi Plus to make sure your dogs are getting plenty of digestive enzymes and probiotics. Then consider the Systemic Enzyme supplement that will help to break down and dissolve the yeast. Apple cider vinegar can be helpful but it can also dry and irritate the skin if not diluted enough. Instead, use a gentle, chemical-free shampoo. Next, try two natural Cell Salts to help reduce yeast and improve skin health called Calc Sulph #3 and Silicea #12. Lastly, there can be numerous reasons for your dogs' itchy skin condition, but a very common one is over-vaccination, Whenever your pet gets a vaccine the immune system is stimulated. Most of the time the immune system settles down and goes back to normal, but not always. With repeated stimulation the immune system can remain elevated and this leads to immune mediated dermatitis caused by vaccination. Because of this I suggest that you avoid yearly booster vaccines and titer test your dogs instead. You'll probably find their titers are fine and they didn't need that vaccine booster shot after all.
