It sounds like your poor, little dog has gastritis. This is inflammation of the stomach and results in poor digestion and then pain, gas etc... The medications can work temporarily as you describe but will make the situation worse and chronic as you are seeing. What your dog needs is a properly made, whole food diet and supplements to increase her digestion and help to soothe the inflammation in her gut. At this time food should be placed in a food processor or blender to make it easier to digest.
