This herbal remedy will help to promote calmness and reduced anxiety and should not act as a sedative so I feel your DM dog will be fine using this remedy. Physical therapy can be quite helpful for supporting a dog with DM by helping to maintain lean muscle mass and nerve-muscle communication. However, that alone is not sufficient and a dog with DM can benefit from nutritional supplementation of the neuromuscular system.
