No, I don't feel the Female Incontinence would be right for your dog because it contains herbs that are strengthening to the system and I worry they could affect her blood pressure issue. Subcutaneous fluids are going to cause increased urination and for an older dog it may become harder to properly contain the urine, as you mentioned, with the weaker sphincter muscles. I would try to take her out more frequently to try to head off the urine leakage when possible and to not give the fluids too close to bedtime.
