Yes, you can use the Liver Tonic for you cat with diabetes. This herbal glycerite primarily consists of distilled water, vegetable glycerin and the extracts of the herbs. The only part of the formula that could count as calories would be the vegetable glycerin. However, vegetable glycerin is not digested by the body or used as energy like other calories so it is not counted as a "net carb".
