Your cat's rbc and hematocrit levels are low indicating anemia. This is in all likelihood related to your cat's kidney disease. The kidney test results indicate advanced disease unfortunately. Keep in mind that you can not reverse damage to the kidneys once it occurs. Instead, what we try to accomplish with our supplements is to increase the function of the healthy parts of the kidneys so they can handle a larger workload to make up for what was lost due to disease. By looking at the numbers we know the kidney disease is advanced, however this doesn't mean the supplements won't help, we just have to wait and see how your cat responds.
