Yes, we obtain a certificate of analysis for all of our ingredients. This analysis normally contains information on ingredient identity specifications and commonly tested for contaminants such as bacteria and mold as well as heavy metals and other potential toxins such as pesticides to ensure the particular ingredient falls below specifications considered to be safe. The COA's do not typically provide information on vitamin and mineral concentrations. This information has to be found independently and there is very little specific information provided for vitamin and mineral content of organs and glands. However, vitamin and mineral content is not really what we are looking for with a supplement like this. We are trying to obtain nutrients not commonly found in the diet to support a specific area, or system, within the body. We do know that our Myelin Sheath Glandular supplement contains nutrients important to the health of the brain and nervous system. These nutrients include pituitary, hypothalamus and pineal glandular tissue, vital neurotrophic factors Including Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF), sphingomyelin — found In high concentrations in an animal's myelin sheath, and brain cell activators like phosphatidylserine & omega-3 fats like EPA and DHA and much more science has yet to even study.
