The caps used for the Systemic Enzymes are small #2 capsules, smaller than anything you will see used for people. We use small capsules on purpose so smaller dogs can take this supplement. The way be provide these capsules to our dogs is to place a little soft food on the tip of a spoon - we use organic coconut oil, but you can use smashed banana, apple sauce etc... We flatten this out with our finger and place the enzymes into the coconut oil. We then fold this over (almost like an omelette) so the enzymes are on the inside and give them to our dogs who take them easily. They enjoy the treat and don't even know the enzymes are in there. Keep in mind that these enzymes are to be given away from food, so first in the morning and last thing at night on an empty stomach.
