Yes, I believe the Biopreparation would be helpful because it will provide cellular nutrition that supports all the cells in the body including the immune system. For general nutritional support the Biopreparation F2 would be suitable for your puppy, however, at least initially, I would consider the F3 for additional immune system support at this time. In the future you can go back to the F2 if you wish since your dog is so young. In addition, to further support your puppy's immune system I would consider the Echinacea Root herbal remedy. Lastly, you can consider spraying Sovereign Silver on the area of infection a few times each day as well.
