Yes, I don't see any reason why you couldn't use the Natural Bone Calcium for a dog with high liver enzymes. I would also consider a healthy, whole food diet for your dog and we have some suggestions in our article How to Feed Your Dog. The supplements to help support your dog's liver that are found in our Liver Support Supplement Package would also be helpful. Lastly, if your dog is on any medications I would research their side effects to see if liver damage is listed as a concern with that particular medication.
