I would have to say that it could go either way depending on how sensitive your dog is. The Antimicrobial should be fine, but it does contain antimicrobial herbs like goldenseal that may be a little stimulating to the digestive tract in an animal with existing inflammation. The only way to know for sure would be to try a small dose and see how your dog reacts. For a dog with IBD I would try to resolve this issue by feeding a healthy, whole food diet and we provide some suggestions in our article How to Feed Your Dog and by providing the IBD Supplement Package to help support the health of your dog's digestive tract. Once you have been using the supplements and your dog is feeling better there is a much better chance he will do well with the Antimicrobial formula.
