The Respiratory Tonic can help your dog by relaxing the bronchi, soothing irritation and reducing inflammation in the lungs. However, with an enlarged heart pressing on this area we can't be sure of the results until you try it. Have you looked at our Heart Support Package as perhaps these supplements may be able to help improve the health of your dog's heart. Though I can't be sure with the information I currently have the age of your dog or if the enlarged heart can be improved at this point. Diet is also extremely important and the heart requires sufficient protein as it is a muscle, and we provide some information for providing a healthy diet in our article How to Feed Your Dog.
