We are not permitted to say that one of our supplements or herbal remedies can replace a medication prescribed by your veterinarian. However, I can say that the Adrenal Tonic can have a similar action on the body as the medication you mentioned. If you would like to try the Adrenal Tonic, please discuss this with your veterinarian as the dosage of the medication will likely have to be adjusted lower. Unfortunately, an issue that commonly arises is that a veterinarian is not receptive to the use of supplements or herbal remedies. If this is the case then you have to decide how to proceed on your own or find a veterinarian that you can better work with.
