It is always easier to support the health of an organ now rather than try to heal more severe damage later. Yes, I believe supporting the health of your dog's kidneys now using the Kidney Tonic before they become worse is a very good idea. Diet also plays an important role in an animal's health. Dry, kibble diets cause a state of chronic dehydration that can negatively impact the kidneys over time.
