The choline found in Sunflower Lecithin can increase levels of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine which would be a benefit for most dogs and cats. However, this could lower the seizure threshold in susceptible animals. For your dog on Keppra®, which I assume is being used to manage her seizures, this could be a concern so I would avoid this supplement for your dog. You mentioned that your dog also has chronic kidney disease and degenerative myelopathy and we would love to help her further.
