Is the Multi-Glandular Blend enough for a KD dog, or should I get the Kidney Glandular instead/in addition to?

The Multi Glandular Blend features a blend of organs that nutritionally supplement a processed pet food diet or provide the ratio of organs suggested for a homemade diet. To specifically support kidneys when chronic disease is present the Kidney Glandular supplement is recommended. Both the Multi Glandular Blend and Kidney Glandular can be used as part of the diet at the same time.
