Cranberry Powder is typically used for urinary tract infections due to its content of proanthocyanidins that help to prevent bacteria from adhering to the walls of the urinary tract. I would not consider this supplement for preventing or dissolving crystals. Instead, I suggest that you consider our Antilithic for this purpose. Your cats would receive 1/4 ml of the glycerite 2 - 3x daily. Mix into some favorite wet food or some goat milk or unsweetened, organic yogurt. Cats have evolved to obtain the majority of their moisture from the food they ingest. Dry, kibble diets are very low in moisture and can keep cats in a chronic state of dehydration that negatively impacts their urinary tract as they age. I would consider a wet diet for your cats and we offer some suggestions in our article How to Feed Your Cat.
