No, I don't believe that the Spleen Glandular would benefit a dog without a spleen. Glandulars provide specific nutrients to support the similar organ in a body. Instead, I would use our Liver Support Supplements to support the liver that takes over many of the spleen's functions. I would also provide Thymus Glandular to support the immune system to help make up for the loss of the spleen that is a part of the lymphatic system.
