What you describe sounds like Bilious Vomiting and we have an educational video on this topic that can be found here. Yes, we often recommend the Stomach Soother to reduce nausea in dogs and cats with this condition, but there is more to it as you will see in the video. Betonite clay will most likely not be a good idea for your cat as it will neutralize stomach acid and interfere with digestion especially when given with meals. Follow the suggestions in our video and also consider giving a small treat first thing in the morning before the nausea from not eating all night causes your cat to vomit. Bilious Vomiting is frequently misdiagnosed by veterinarians and we continue to wonder why they do not understand this situation better.
