What they are indicating online is that Diatomaceous Earth can be used to control candida yeast overgrownth in the digestive tract. This doesn't apply to a mushroom supplement, so DE is safe to use with a mushroom supplement. Having said that we recommend that diatomaceous earth is given away from main meals, in a small amount of treat food for example, because it can neutralize stomach acid and interfere with proper digestion.
