The suggested serving for the Herbal Digestive Tonic is 1/2 tsp per 30 lbs mixed into each meal and can be found under the Instructions tab on this product page. If you have been using a little bit more that is fine and not a cause for concern as we usually provide conservative dosage recommendations.
