Yes, using an antibiotic at the same time as the Bladder Stone Supplements Package is perfectly fine. I would also suggest adding in the Microbiome Harmony to support beneficial flora in the digestive tract when using an antibiotic and for about 2 - 4 weeks afterwards as well.
