Since your dog has a heart condition that appears to be progressing I would consider the entire Heart Support Supplement Package. These supplements can be used along with Vetmedin®. Keep in mind that the supplements and medication will have similar effects on the body so the dosage of the medication may have to be adjusted lower while working with your veterinarian. The Ollie® diets seem okay as far as prepared diets go so I don't see the need to add in any additional Fromm® kibble which is just going to be high in excess carbohydrates that your dog doesn't need. If your dog does have some soft stool I feel the better alternative would be to add Diarrhea Relief in with her meals.
