The Daily Multi Plus contains calcium from the herbs/plants in the formula, but not in a concentrated form that is enough to fulfill the need for a calcium source in a homemade diet. In addition to the Daily Multi Plus I suggest adding the Natural Bone Calcium that provides the entire nutrient profile found in bone. A homemade diet will almost certainly benefit your cat with crystals. Consider using vegetables with sufficient magnesium as this will help limit crystals from forming. In addition, if needed, we have an herbal formula called Antilithic that can help support a healthy crystal-free urinary tract.
