For your very small dog, I would suggest using 1/8 capsule of Biopreparation 2 - 3 times daily. I know it is hard to estimate 1/8 capsule so do the best that you can - a little more or less will not hurt your dog. Providing two 1/8 capsule servings daily of Biopreparation will work out to one capsule being used every four days.
