I think that you are alluding to the BioSuperfood in your question since you mentioned F1 that is only available in BioSuperfood. BioSuperfood is used for our human customers, not to say you couldn't use this for your dogs. If a person had high blood pressure we would start them on BioSuperood F1 and see how they do, moving them up to more concentrated F2 if they do well on the F1. For dogs and cats we have the BioPreparation and this is available if F2 Core and F3 Forte. For a dog with high blood pressure we would start them on the F2 at a low dosage. This starting dosage would be 1/2 of the suggested initial dosage once daily. Then, see how your dog does over the course of a week. If he does well with no increase in blood pressure you can begin to slowly work him up to our suggested servings found under the Instructions tab on the product page.
