Yes, I feel the Milk Thistle Seed can certainly be helpful as it provides antioxidants that protect the liver and a substance called silymarin than can help regenerate damaged liver cells. I would also consider the Liver Tonic as this herbal remedy can help to gently detoxify the liver to help it remove the substances that are damaging liver cells and causing your cat's high liver enzymes. You will need to mix these supplements/remedies into some soft canned cat food or into some other favorite food like unsweetened yogurt, goat's milk, baby food etc..
