Can I add this to a fish oil supplement and a kidney liquid tonic and syringe feed it. My dog won't eat it on food
Daily Multi Plus for Dogs and Cats
I mix my dogs supplements together including liquid supplements and syringe feed twice a day. The second dose is refrigerated. Are the probiotics in the Daily Multi Plus viable in the mixture in the refrigerator for 6 hours or so?

Mixing with water and then letting sit for six hours or so would affect the activity of both the digestive enzymes and probiotics. The polyunsaturated oils in a fish oil supplement are also very susceptible to oxidation and rancidity so mixing them ahead of time is not optimal either. You can do this if you must as some activity is better than none at all and sometimes when working with animals we have to do the best we can. Optimally though, it would be preferable if you mixed the supplement with water at the time when you feed your dog. By the way, I admire your dedication to your dog by using a syringe as many would give up and not provide the supplements.
