To be able to properly measure the amount of food you are feeding your dog you really do need to use a small kitchen scale. It would be hard for me to properly estimate how much calcium to mix into the food because I can't be sure of the amount of food in a cup unless I weighed it. Of course, if you need to you can estimate how much a cup of food weighs as best you can and add the amount of calcium suggested in the Instructions tab on this product page. However, kitchen scales are inexpensive and can be found locally or online and would make your job much easier and the amount of food you feed daily more uniform.
