You are giving your dog quite a bit currently as is a concern of yours. This is what I would do since his incontinence seems to be the primary issue. I would provide your dog with the Male Incontinence formula. I would use the Biopreparation F3 formula to provide cellular nutrition and try to improve his overall vitality. I would also consider the Elk Velvet Antler to support his joints, kidneys and provide growth factors and nutrients to help strengthen his urethral sphincters. I would temporarily discontinue the Kidney, Liver and Herbal Protection formulas. These can be added back in gradually later if desired. I would discontinue the cranberry as this is high in oxalates and can be irritating to the urinary tract. I would discontinue the bladder support supplements as sometimes these can be irritating as well and often contain diuretics. The corn silk is/can be a good idea but this can also act as a diuretic so I would discontinue that for now as well.
