Can Diarrhea Relief be used at the same time as Daily Multi Plus? (For reference: 1.5lb puppy, has diarrhea from Giardia).

Yes, it is perfectly fine to use the Diarrhea Relief along with the Daily Multi Plus and Antimicrobial. For your 1.5 lb puppy the minimum suggested serving would be 1/8 tsp in both the morning and evening meals. You can safely increase this serving size for short periods of time up to 1/2 tsp for your size dog when needed to support healthy stool.
